First you require children to have phone numbers? Just because they’re older than 13 doesn’t mean they have a phone.

Also gets better. Because phone numbers change!!! Evidently the person who had my son’s phone number before him already registered it at top golf. And so now your system thinks my son is some other rando!!!

And the never cards you gave us failed to scan. Have an error. Only later learned they are for minors? So why didn’t they say that when we scanned? Instead of throwing errors?

Seriously it should not take 20 minutes to mess with a stupid PoS just to hit range balls. Our family could have played an entire game at the bowling alley in the time it took your system to get us ready to hit golf balls.
