Our NBC News Decision Desk poll asked Gen Z adults (18-29 years old) what they consider important to a successful life. The combination of gender and politics produced two very different sets of priorities:

Wild and sad that only 6 percent of the women for harris want to be married and have kids. And LOL that having emotional stability was bottom 3 from the men for trump.

Priority at that stage in life. They want financial stability and an emotionally stable, supportive partner as a prerequisite, so they can have a rewarding, healthy family!

I don’t know how the question was phrased, but the header says definition for a successful life not what do you want today

Emotional stability is basically a given so it's not even an issue worth considering. In contrast, for heavily medicated Democrat women, it's a pretty serious issue that is worth considering.

It's a list of priorities, not an absolute. More than that want to be married, they just don't see it as a top 3 priority among those subjects. With that said, incredible poll that truly highlights the divide in American society.

Imagine prioritizing kids before prioritizing financial stability. Growing up in poverty sucks and then everyone in poverty gets shamed for having kids.

Men don’t worry about emotional stability because it is their default. Nobody is in a car making a video screaming at the camera. Those are libtard white women. Guys are too busy working and building. We are the ones holding the country together while women melt down.

Please explain what "emotional stability" is.

It's also sad that men for trump want kids but don't want to be married. Sounds like a recipe for increased single parent households and complaints about child support payments.

Learn the difference between priorities and wants. Why would a bunch of 18-29 women prioritize having kids? It's too damn expensive. They want to wait until later in life to make it a priority and that's perfect reasonable and rational under our current societal dynamics.

We are conservative in our emotions already. It is a characteristic of being conservative. Therefore prioritizing it is not necessary. It would easily go to the bottom of the list.

Its only 20% of women who voted for Trump that want to he married. Maybe your bums are the problem 🤣🤣

I Think they go together, if men actually wanted to be fathers, providing emotional stability (which was last in their priority) more women would want to have children

Eh, I’d kinda prefer they didn’t reproduce. The left has a nice habit of thinking themselves out of fertility.

That is not the question that was asked. Wild and sad that you can't read but you somehow manage to post on the internet.

They already have emotional stability. Look at the data on mental illness and bipolar disorder. Conservative men have the lowest rates. Liberal women have the highest rates.

The emotional stability low number would reflect they don't feel unstable currently.

Wanting emotional stability in the future means you don’t think you have it now.

Only 26% for women for Trump
And 10% of men who voted for Harris.
We all know that because we've met men who voted for Trump
“Important to personal definition of success” doesn’t mean they don’t want to do/have those things

Even more sad that men have no interest in emotional stability. Explains all the men murdering children in school shootings

Obviously people like you will twist that to mean they want to be emotionally unhealthy when it actually means they are just more willing to make emotional sacrifices.
Why is that bad? Democrats won’t exist in 50 years.
Conservative men are the most emotionally stable people group.
