All ours are custom - so integration with @GCPcloud Cloud Functions -- for better or worse.

Grafana has been trying zenhub.com for a couple of months now. It essentially gives you a bigger board and tooling around this. Epics and Dependencies are used sparingly. The appeal was to see turnaround times, but that needs time, so jury is still out.
