Hello, I've been receiving DM/questions about #YEONJUN and #SB19 regarding whether they are/aren't included in the ongoing Music Bank Pre-voting list. 🔸 According to the rules below, since YEONJUN's song was just released last week, it doesn't meet condition 1, but it seems he stopped promoting this song / or won't perform it on Music Bank this coming Friday => doesn't meet condition 2 => not included in the Pre-voting list. However, since his song isn't banned by KBS and it reached Weekly Top 200 on Bugs and he also performed it last week, it's still eligible to be ranked, still has Broadcast points, still has a chance to be nominated/win if its total score is high enough, it's just that it will receive 0 Pre-voting pts (you can refer to the most recent case is CxM (SEVENTEEN)). 🔸 For SB19, they are included in the Pre-voting list simply because they will be performing the song DAM on Music Bank this coming Friday so they meet condition 2. However, their song will not be eligible for ranking for 2 reasons, first, the song is not classified as KPOP. Second, it did not reach Weekly Top 200 of any Korean chart.
