Honored to have a poem in the latest issue of @plbmagazine. Thank you to the editors-- this is such a beautifully designed issue (as usual) with some real gems inside.
PUBLICATION DAY! @plbmagazine’s sixth issue arrives at a moment of deepening capitalist repression and global fracture. From the persistence of socialist sovereignty in Korea to the catastrophic violence of capitalist restoration in Eastern Europe; from the afterlives of failed revolutions to China’s refusal of “historical nihilism”; from internationalism in practice to the necessity of creativity in dark times—PLB6 confronts the crises of empire while insisting on creative endurance and the practice of liberation. Original scholarship from Gerald Horne, @tonyjballas, D. Musa Springer, @derekrford, Ted Reese, Kyle Ferrana, @pawelwargan, and Nolan Long. Revolutionary art from Red Bait, @EarthStvdio, Color Collective Press, and GQ. A design language from artist and editor @phdirtbag drawing on moody Soviet minimalism—concrete cracking, grass rising, cityscapes in shadow, and lights shining out from nighttime windows. PLB6 reminds us that to make is to resist; to create is to remain unbroken and autonomous. It reminds us that in darkness, creation and liberation continue. ➡️ Available now in beautiful softcover and free digital editions at: iskrabooks.org/plb6

My brain makes this piece out to be about a secret higher Ulyssean order. This reading is possible/desirable. An angel or alien feline would mentally assemble what eludes many Americans—something vast, hintable with statistics—a dome of common language and spirit over the land.

Got something out today, prose, not poetry. It’s something like an art catalogue, of new art you haven’t seen. It’s somewhat like these two photos. I hope you like it.

I have some new work out in @rangermagonline. Here is a visual sonnet, and some translations into the language of thunder from Joyce's Finnegans Wake. Many thanks to editor David A. Bishop. These and a few other pieces here: rangermagazine.net/racher_is…
#Ranger Mag just dropped yet *another* double issue (#12 and #13)! As usual, it's jam packed with the best experimental #poetry, #art and #music of the international avant garde. Check it out! rangermagazine.net/issue12 rangermagazine.net/issue13

many writers look at who's already been published on @keep_planning and blanche in fear, convinced they have no place in such a rogue's gallery of today's great literary minds. but a brave few send me an email anyway

I recently wrote short prose piece for @keep_planning, "Oaxacan King Kong", which features a cardón cactus. The tens of people who read it might be interested to know that the scale of this picture is not exaggerated: keep-planning.net/text/004

don't think i've ever stated this explicitly but i'm very much interested in publishing essays, criticism, other non-fiction stuff over on @keep_planning – pretty much it's just gotta be interesting to read. so if you've got something like that rattling around your folders...

still just as interested in publishing stories and poetry and whatnot, of course. but it's a very form-agnostic project and, more to the point, the main limiting factor of late has been submission volume, so i want to ensure there's no misapprehensions about what i'm looking for

I read this during my lunch break today and it's so so good. Great day for prose. Almost makes me forget a kid threw a chair at another kid's head today.
