Auto-reviving is going to be a really interesting mechanic. Iām curious to see if itāll work like a gulag system where you have to fight another player, or if youāll just need to pay gold to get rebooted. Either way, itās a really cool idea to see

Pretty crazy to see that most players are buying the sidekicks. Iāve seen theories that the best-sellers tab might be rigged, and honestly i could believe that. But we have to remember the Fortnite community isnāt just the Twitter one
I donāt want to be that guy because game development is really hard, especially for a game like Fortnite, but how come this seasonās performance has been so bad? It constantly has lag spikes. Maybe itās the cel-shading effect that the game isnāt used to

OG was the best, it had everything old Fortnite had but also added the modern mechanics that needed to stay. The Simpsons season is second because itās a solid season and honestly surprisingly fun to play. Remix is last because it got āruinedā by collabs
I find it pretty funny that when I look at certain Fortnite posts, Iām blocked by people I donāt think Iāve ever interacted with or even talked to. So my next question is, why even block me in the first place? š
So weāve had three collabs leaked for Chapter 7. James Bond, Harry Potter and Kill Bill. I think only two of these will be in the BP, probably James Bond and Kill Bill. Thereās no way theyād put Harry Potter in a gala-themed season
Maybe itās just me, but this season has been really laggy. Iāve been getting FPS drops and lag spikes that arenāt even because of my internet. Maybe itās because the entire map is cel-shaded, and the game just canāt handle that
Iām gonna give my 2 cents on the collab. Iām not a fan of the franchise, never even read or watched the movies, so I wouldnāt really care if it got canceled

Ok, now that Day 1 has passed, hereās my thoughts on the Simpsons Mini-Season.
Before I give my thoughts, I wanna jump back to when this season was first leaked. On May 8-9th, 2025, a document showcasing future Fortnite collabs and seasons was leaked online. And one section showcased the name āSimpsons Mini-Season.ā At first, I thought that it was really stupid because who cares about the Simpsons?? And this thought plagued throughout the Star Wars season as the player count dropped during that season. And it made me worry that the Simpsons Mini Season might do worse than the Star Wars season.
Well, Iām happy to say that that is not the case at all. Unlike Galactic Battle, the Simpsons Mini Season introduces Springfield, the town from the show. Itās a small, 80-player BR Map and honestly, itās so much fun!! The weapons are a nice touch with a few nostalgia thrown in there, the map is great and a lot of callbacks to the show. And the story looks pretty interesting too. Looks like we got to try and convince Homer to give up the Zero Shard in order for us to get out. But so far, heās not going to. But we arenāt giving up.
Overall, while the season isnāt perfect, itās a very fun experience. Definitely a 9.5/10 for me. If youāre a Fortnite fan looking to play the game again, PLAY THIS SEASON NOW!!! It is SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!
The idea of sidekicks is cool, but Iām not a huge fan of the fact that the changes are permanent, and youāll have to buy them again if you want to switch
