Highly recommend the below. This movement opens the fascia so well after about ten minutes that, if you aren’t used to opening your body up, you’ll finish and find other places signaling to be stretched out. This is how you take back your posture and fascia which, in turn, brings the flow of energy back to the body grid. Everything is Qi / Energy. When you open up the blockages and energy can flow, everything (including illness) is cleared out. I’ll attach a few more exercises in comments this evening when I’m able to find them and get back to my computer.
