If this continues, the Mavericks may have to look to move him on.
The Lakers have been an extremely intriguing team for Klay in the past.
Teams like the Nets, who may want to position themselves to take a run at big stars like Giannis in 2027, could take on Klay’s expiring contract.
While the Magic expressed interest in signing him during the 2024 free agency period.
