The Limo Driver, Carl Reynolds who works for ALC (A Limousine Connection) accused him of assaulting Gio for being "hunched over" but never actually saw the 'assault.'

This isnt based on the KUTV report, it's based on the KSL.com one, i dont know why KUTV said they arrested him.
