To win the case, the solicitor just remains quiet.
A non-communicative, breaching the code of conduct solititor is considered one of the best.
Our legal systems only solution is to take one of the biggest landowners in the country to court.
And this is considered fair.

We have spent more than 10 grand on a boundary issue to get nowhere & the landowner’s (a notoriously difficult organisation) solicitor's way of dealing with it is to remain silent after 18mths of negotiations.

There is nothing, apparently, we can do to get a response except pay our solicitor more money to take him to court, something which we've endlessly been advised to try and not do (regardless of the cost).
