Well, yes, a lot of companies want to sell lots of product by labelling something that isn’t particularly healthy as being “ultra-healthy”….

When buying turkey, aim for labels like 'Certified Humane' or 'Pasture-Raised.' Check the ingredient list: Ideally, there should be no additives. Cook to 165°F for safety. For optimal nutrition, pair turkey with 1 cup of leafy greens and ½ avocado for healthy fats.
