Over 4 years at @a16zcrypto, I've found writing to be the best tool for exploring crypto’s complexity—from advising founders to constructing policy. It’s a discovery engine that demands clarity, consistency and transparency. Here are 10 posts I learned the most from writing:

There's a concern that generative AI will result in fewer people engaging in the beneficial dialectic that writing creates. Good Economist article to that effect!

AI is helping a lot in understanding other people's writing too. Grok's "Explain this post" here on X is a game-changer!

I am a 35 year real estate veteran. Far from a computer scientist. My greatest tutor on blockchain is @grok. It breaks it down to a granular level. I now envision everything existing on a blockchain. I am pursuing a real estate specific stablecoin, starting with builders.
Writing clarifies complex ideas like nothing else. What's been your most valuable insight from putting crypto concepts into words?
Clarity in writing builds clarity in crypto itself
