A 12 year old girl in Brooklyn was raped because of @KathyHochul’s failed bail reform that releases heinous criminals into our communities. In this case, this violent criminal was released without bail for a prior rape conviction in 2021 and was arrested in 2023 for carjacking. Kathy Hochul puts violent criminals, rapists, and murderers FIRST and New Yorkers LAST. New York needs a full repeal of failed bail reform.
