Seems like there are some thermal advantages with less complexity on the heat shielded side.
Potentially lighter
Less moving parts
A two or three tiered justice system,
will break any society.
Equal under the law, no exceptions.
No political class, no special treatment of minorities, or royalty.
Crime should be punished swiftly, with consequences that match the severity.
