Holder: The Supreme Court is a broken institution. And it’s something that has to be part of the national conversation in ’26 and in ’28. If there is a Democratic trifecta in 2028—and I think the possibility of that is pretty good—Supreme Court reform has to be on the table. Term limits, at a minimum, and potentially expanding the Court are things that should be seriously considered. We cannot leave in place, without at least a discussion—and I think without substantive reforms being implemented—the Supreme Court as it is presently constituted.

Their paper in the Journal of Holography Applications in Physics shows that reality operates on principles beyond computation. Using Gödel’s incompleteness theorem, they argue that no algorithmic or computational system can fully describe the universe, because some truths, so called "Gödelian truths" require non algorithmic understanding, a form of reasoning that no computer or simulation can reproduce. Since all simulations are inherently algorithmic, and the fundamental nature of reality is non algorithmic, the researchers conclude that the universe cannot be, and could never be a simulation.
