Friends, I am excited to announce that Light in the Attic's Nancy Sinatra Archival Series is back on track! Next up is my 1969 album, Nancy, which will be released on December 5th. I know my epitaph will read, “Here lies Frank Sinatra’s daughter, who died with her boots on,” but I’ve recorded many other wonderful albums. Nancy is one of those. The album came together during a challenging time in my career after Barton Lee abandoned me to move to Sweden. However, Billy Strange and I created a terrific record that truly represented who I was at that time. Unfortunately, the label did the bare minimum promotion-wise, so it didn’t gain the attention it deserved, but I’m thrilled the album is now getting a new lease on life. I hope you all love it as much as I do. Pre-order Nancy on CD, vinyl, and a limited edition signed test pressing from Nancy's Bootique. 👉bootique.nancysinatra.com

Time to restore not just hope and optimism, but to stand up. Stand up for those who feel bullied, afraid, and scared. Stand up for those who have given up. Stand up for the rule of law. And stand up for our democracy — for all of us.
Gavin for President.
BREAKING: Gavin Newsom just went into Houston, Texas of all places and brought the house down. This part of his speech gives me chills. STAND UP FOR DEMOCRACY!!

Last night, Senate Dems took to the floor to try to pass three simple bills - to extend ACA tax credits - to call on the House swear in Rep-elect Grijalva - to support the freedom of speech Republicans blocked each one.

Actor Bryan Cranston on Donald Trump: “I think he is dangerous and quite frankly I don’t think he’s that smart. I really don’t. I think he knows how to sell himself. And that’s because of his narcissism. He cannot allow himself not to be seen as a winner.”

Today on the Senate floor: Democrats made an offer to Republicans to re-open the government and extend the ACA tax credits for one year. We’re calling their bluff. The ball is in their court.

Mike Johnson STORMS Off House Floor as Lawsuit Collapses Chaos exploded on Capitol Hill after Arizona Attorney General and Congresswoman-elect Adalita Grahalva hit Speaker Mike Johnson with a lawsuit for refusing to administer her oath. But the real bombshell isn’t the legal fight — it’s the Epstein documents. Johnson’s stonewalling wasn’t about protocol at all, insiders say, but about blocking the last vote needed to unlock the full Epstein records. For context, extending health care tax credits for 1-year costs less than Donald Trump's $40 billion bailout for Argentina.
🚨MAJOR BREAKING: Chuck Schumer has offered Republicans a deal to reopen the government if they extend the Affordable Care Act subsidies for ONE YEAR. Republicans must accept the deal or FOREVER be remembered as the party who chose Trump and cruelty over the lives of millions.

Biden: "Anyone seen what he's done to the East Wing of the People's House? It's a perfect symbol of his presidency. Trump is taking a wrecking ball not only to the People's House but to the Constitution, to the rule of law, to our very democracy... Who in the hell does he think he is?"

BREAKING: Getty Images releases stunning photographs of Donald Trump falling fast asleep during yesterday's Oval Office meeting. Imagine if President Biden had done this? The media narrative for four years was that Biden was too old to do the job and now Trump is literally passing out behind his desk but all we hear is crickets. We still don't know why this man underwent a nonstandard MRI scan last month and every time he opens his mouth the cognitive decline becomes more apparent. When is enough enough? Trump must resign immediately! Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Trump is unfit for office!

On Saturday, Trump said that @sethmeyers criticizing him is “probably illegal.” So, today, I tried to pass a simple resolution stating that criticizing the president isn’t illegal. Republicans objected. It’s absurd. There’s no Trump exception to the First Amendment.
Waiting… Mike Johnson, the ultimate order-taker, still needs to seat Adelita Grijalva. Retweet to remind him it’s literally his job!

Senate Democrats have put forward a simple proposal: Extend the ACA tax credits for one year and reopen the government so we can negotiate a long-term solution for skyrocketing healthcare costs. Watch @SenGaryPeters lay it out:

Americans are paying the price of Johnson's failed leadership — 800,000 people remain unrepresented in the House. Mr. Speaker, do your job. Swear in duly elected Adelita Grijalva and call House Republicans back to Washington.

Republicans just rejected a Democratic proposal to end the longest government shutdown ever by reopening the government in exchange for a 1 year extension of ACA subsidies. Republicans again refuse to stop health insurance premiums from skyrocketing.
