#HongKong communist govt banned dining in restaurants from 6pm, but @hkpoliceforce keep harassing diners at Central around 4 pm every single day. During the patrol, customers weren’t even allowed to use their cell phones. Geez I thought this is North Korea. @appledaily_hk
