It’s implied that they aren’t dead, however they are evil. Also, Paradigm and Imagined are dead. The Order also left the group.

Even Amy said that they are different, and if you remember in the Big Bang event, we reset all reality, and then there is also the OG mode, which is following a second storyline probably conected to our current omr

Not really, but sort of. Five of them are still around and very much alive, just altered. When they were chromed, they were carried off to a different reality where they were changed in dark ways. The Visitor that appeared in OG would be different from the actual one.
