Im refusing to pay council tax Dear council I have decided to withhold my council tax this month. I dont believe I should pay it, when none of the illegal immigrants pay, yet cause most of the mess. I no longer feel safe walking the streets im currently paying for I shall review my decision next month. Kind regards
