🚨 The raw milk trend is getting people killed. A Florida woman lost her baby and nearly died after being infected by E. coli traced to raw milk from a local dairy. She didn’t even drink it — she just cared for her sick toddler who did. This isn’t a one-off. Florida’s Department of Health has linked 21 illnesses to that same raw milk since January, including multiple kids. Let’s be clear: 🥛 Pasteurization isn’t some evil “chemical” process. It’s literally just heating milk enough to kill bacteria like E. coli, Listeria, and Salmonella. The worst thing pasteurization does is reduce some vitamin content of milk (PMID: 22054181) but most of these vitamins were relatively low to begin with & if you are worried just take a multi-vitamin… it’s not worth potentially freaking dying People claiming “raw milk is healthier” are ignoring decades of research showing no proven health benefit—just a much higher risk of foodborne illness, miscarriage, and even death. Even the FDA and CDC have been warning about this for years (PMIDs: 27340300). Raw milk is NOT a health food… it’s a possible death food. And now you have raw food advocates talking about heating raw milk to kill bacteria… which is literally pasteurization but they are too stupid and ignorant of the process to realize it. At this point, maybe we should chalk this up to natural selection for people stupid enough to do it… but just because you are an idiot doesn’t mean you should put your kids in harms way
One of the funniest things about Ancel Keys is that he regularly ate steak, eggs, and bacon. Dude was throwing out horrible advice, basically brainwashed two full generations of nutritionists, but still got to enjoy his steak and eggs. Kind of impressive tbh.
Replying to @StefanMolyneux
This is the most heart healthy meal imaginable. The old myths are starting to die away, but people still believe the pseudoscientific lies of Ancel Keys.

Of course that’s coming, the drug companies are salivating to have an army of drug prescribing robots that can work non stop, don’t need to be bribed to dispense drugs and never question their algorithms, all while costing a fraction of what a physician does!
Wild moment yesterday when a MD guest on my podcast said, given the enormous range in the quality of physicians we can look forward to a day soon when you tell your robot physician your symptoms & they integrate the knowledge of 10M+ physicians to give you a diagnosis & a Rx.

Any scientific field which labels dissent as 'dangerous'. It started earlier, but vaccines were the big one. It's since spread to other fields. Hancock's netflix series was labeled as 'dangerous misinformation - like the Younger Dryas impact theory poses any threat whatsoever.

We just detected Pfizer mRNA in someone 3.6 YEARS after their last shot. Remember when governments swore it would clear in “a few days”? They were gravely wrong. Study coming soon — stay tuned.

The age of blind trust in experts is over. Anyone with internet, focus, and grit can audit the science.
December 2010 - Members of EFSA's GMO panel (Harry Kuiper and Gijs Kleter) found to be affiliated with ILSI.
September 2010 - EFSA's Management Board found to be affiliated with ILSI Europe.
November 2009 - Suzy Renckens, on EFSA's GMO Panel, leaves to join Syngenta, with no cooling off period.
In 2017, an estimated 46% of current experts on EFSA expert panels had financial conflicts of interest with the industry they were supposed to be regulating. So when they approve a feed additive to stop cows farting, you're right to be skeptical.
Bovaer Scandal in Denmark The enzyme inhibitor drug Bovaer has been mandatory for use in Danish cows since October 1st. Now, many cows are collapsing, and some have had to be euthanized. > “We have so many people calling us, distressed about what’s happening in their herds.” > “In several cases, farmers have tried removing the substance from the cows’ feed and found that the animals recovered. When they later reintroduced the substance, the problems returned.” There were always good reasons to be more cautious about Bovaer, as described in the quoted tweet.
