btw if you’re arguing in ANY way against this, like literally any way at all, i just want you to know that i think you’re a gigantic fucking loser and you have your head lodged so far up capitalism’s ass that every word you speak smells like shit.
and for everyone saying “but for all of our needs!!” YES !!! literally yes. i agree with you. everyone gets their needs met before there’s any surplus or luxuries. absolutely.
oh it’s hilarious that any of you malicious contrarians or devil’s advocates thought this was an open discussion that included you — WRONGGGGG 😛😛 eat my shit and suck my nuts bitch bigots and profiteers don’t get to have an opinion here get silenced and hold this HOE 😛😛😛
Corporation buy up all the plates and then sell you a plate subscription.
you’ll end up paying more for the plate then you would have, if you weren’t priced out of the plate market by all the plate corporations, buying up all the damn plates.
That rule applies to communally owned/supplied food. And the same rule already applies to state-owned/supplied housing.
But when you're in a restaurant paying your own bill you can have a second plate whenever you like. It's the same with housing.
Oh, wow, spare me the sanctimonious “one house per person” sermon. If I’m Satan for owning a vacation home while people sleep on the streets at least I’ll sleep comfortably in my choice of locations.
What about the people that just want to rent plates?
Who will own the plates that they are renting? Who pays for the rented plates upkeep and maintenance? Who pays for the taxes on those rented plates?
In theory, practice and theory are the same, but in practice it isn’t. Talk to people who come from communist countries. See how such policies work in practice, rather than in theory.
If you get rid of the at least 80m foreigners who have no business being in America & got rid of evil regulations, then housing would be abundantly affordable & plentiful
