In accordance with the directive of the political echelon, and following a series of strikes, in which dozens of terror targets and terrorists were struck, the IDF has begun the renewed enforcement of the ceasefire in response to Hamas’ violations. As part of the strikes, the IDF and ISA struck 30 terrorists holding command positions within the terrorist organizations operating in Gaza. The IDF will continue to uphold the ceasefire agreement and will respond firmly to any violation of it.

🟡IDF representatives informed the families of Amiram Cooper and Sahar Baruch that they have been returned for burial. According to the information and intelligence available to the IDF: • Amiram Cooper was abducted alive from his house in Nir Oz by Hamas terrorists. It is estimated that Amiram was murdered in captivity in February 2024. He was 84 years old at the time of his death. He leaves behind a wife, four children, and 11 grandchildren. • Sahar Baruch was abducted alive from his home in Kibbutz Be’eri. It is estimated he was murdered in captivity on December 8th 2023. Sahar was 25 years old at the time of his death. He leaves behind parents and two siblings. 🇮🇱🤝🇺🇸 The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. Armed Forces, General Dan Caine, visited Israel over the weekend as the official guest of the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir. During the visit, the General and the Chief of the General Staff held a joint situational assessment, during which they discussed regional challenges - focusing primarily on the situation in Gaza and future challenges in both nearby and distant arenas.

US Drone Observes Aid Truck Looted by Hamas in Gaza TAMPA, Fla. – On Oct. 31, the U.S.-led Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) observed suspected Hamas operatives looting an aid truck traveling as part of a humanitarian convoy delivering needed assistance from international partners to Gazans in northern Khan Younis. The coordination center was alerted through video surveillance from a U.S. MQ-9 aerial drone flying overhead to monitor implementation of the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel. Operatives attacked the driver and stole the aid and truck after moving the driver to the road’s median. The driver’s current status is unknown. Over the past week, international partners have delivered more than 600 trucks of commercial goods and aid into Gaza daily. This incident undermines these efforts. Nearly 40 nations and international organizations represented at the CMCC are working together to help flow humanitarian, logistical and security assistance into Gaza.

Following the identification, and in order to remove the threat to the troops, the IAF struck the terrorist. He fell in battle while fighting in Kibbutz Nirim on the morning of Oct. 7th, 2023, and his body was abducted by Hamas. Assaf was among the first to reach the combat zones and was the first to declare war. He leaves behind parents, a brother, his wife, and three children. • Cpt. Omer Maxim Neutra, 21, immigrated to Israel from the United States. He served as a platoon commander in the 77th Battalion, 7th Brigade. He fell during a defensive battle in the southern communities near the Gaza border on the morning of Oct. 7th, 2023, and his body was abducted by Hamas. His death was officially determined on December 1st, 2024. He leaves behind his parents, two brothers, and two sisters. • SSGT Oz Daniel, 19, served as a combat soldier in the 77th Battalion, 7th Brigade. He fell during a defensive battle in the southern communities near the Gaza border on the morning of Oct. 7th, 2023, and his body was abducted by Hamas. His death was officially determined on February 25th, 2024. He leaves behind his parents and twin sister. The IDF expresses deep condolences to the families, continues to make every effort to return all the deceased hostages, and is prepared for the continued implementation of the agreement.

🔴 ELIMINATED: Muhammad Ali Hadid, a commander in Hezbollah’s “Radwan Force,” in the Nabatieh area, southern Lebanon. Hadid advanced numerous terror attacks against Israel and recently worked to reestablish Hezbollah terror infrastructure. Additionally, an IDF strike in Ayta ash Shab eliminated another Hezbollah terrorist who was attempting to gather intelligence on IDF troops. The terrorists' activities constituted a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.

❌HAMAS HAVE ONCE AGAIN VIOLATED THE CEASEFIRE A terrorist was identified crossing the yellow line and approaching IDF soldiers in northern Gaza, in violation of the ceasefire agreement, posing an immediate threat to them.
