Yeah, I was the background artist for the original PvZ too and it felt super weird seeing all my work like redone in HD and of course I had nothing to do with it. Would've been happy to do those reworks myself 🤷🏽

Reminds me to when wb put another studio in charge of a new scribblenaits hears later. They used our art without even retouching yet we didnt even appear in the credits :(

Well at least you helped with my mod, which at this point it got so big it’s a fangame. It wouldn’t hurt to have some extra help. Might aswell share some cool art I’ve made for the project.

That's crazy to think they didn't bring you back to redo the art and instead upscaled it. Did you hear there's a Pre order bonus consisting of a peashooter skin? I wonder what skins you might've come up with if given the chance to work on it. Thank you for your work though 🙏

yeah, when i saw it, remembering the fact that you got declined twice made this even more disrespectful (that's why i never thought they'd do it, but they did). seeing those people doing a remake without you and george fan's involvement is pretty sad (and scary), it sucks.
