Reminds me of Schumpeter’s product innovation vs. process innovation. Quite some ‚innovation‘ in crypto doesn’t solve any real problem, but it does add value through pioneering novel processes of coordination (DAOs) or bootstrapping network effects (airdrops).

If the innovation is indeed maximum extraction from minimum completion then crypto only made capitalism worse. Let's hope not.

What’s your thought on solving this? Only way I see is to vote vesting (and maybe „leaver“ terms after TGE. But one project needs to pioneer it to set the standard.

I don’t think this is new thing. I am assuming every industry has gone through this. And there are people who have been building long terms things, they just need some more time.
