i stopped working with a lot of clients. Owning an agency and calling my company an agency is cringe and majority of big brands consistently churn any agencies that over promise and under deliver. as dtcma pivots and merges into runads . ai there will be a big shift in client acquisition and how we perform. I left them in good hands however moving forward ill be saying no to 99% of anyone that is needing help with google ads. DTCMA is no longer just a google ads account provider, a google ads "agency" dtcma now runads is the future of the current AI media buying ecosystem. The revenue model and idea behind runads ai is not just having an AI agent autonomously run ads with my employees acting as prompt managers and media buyers. As for myself and 3 main executive employees we will be strictly behind the GROWTH side of the business. companies rely on us to audit all marketing channels, point them in the right directions, use our internal tools for forecasting and how we can even an extra 1m to their business. a statement from one of my more famous clients went as the following - "Caleb you have free reign to do whatever you want on the accounts, i don't care what you do, what strategies you do or how you do it, as long as you do it. A .5% increase in topline revenue makes me an additional $500k in profit per year." the 1% is going to be brands/companies that want more than just google ads and a true internal PERFORMANCE marketing firm with a bit of AI sprinkled in to only IMPROVE our work flow and allow us to scale harder and more efficiently. This will be my last tweet for awhile. Dms are always open, through all the noise at the end of the day we know our shit. there is a reason why we have your industries largest companies come to ask to ask us what the fuck they should do. Thanks for reading. talk again soon.

Enough twitter for the month. Soy boy low life’s stay in twitter trenches hoping for a glimpse of validation since they get none on their own and sit behind a keyboard anonymously baiting, hating, and harassing others. My clientele nowadays is too large to publicly be able to speak on. Iykyk

A tale in 2 photos. I found YoungLA when it was an itty bitty brand. 2017-2020 I was fairly relevant in the fitness space and also had a dozen clients in the ecom realm. Not even 100k followers, not even $1m in yearly revenue. Sent YLA a message may 2019 to be an athlete, at the time they weren’t looking for anyone since they were still pretty small. Fast forward a little bit. I meet Soosh and James - knew them from IG already and this was Dec 2020 so I was 16 in the photo shown below. I started to slowly build a relationship with some of the athletes and the team at YLA. I ended up buying Eric’s Mazda for $6,000 and he used that money to put towards his Mercedes. (Soosh’s videographer) 2020-2022 I was pretty big into flipping watches and Soosh hit me up saying the owner of YLA needed a piece. Sourced, shipped, and they paid after it was delivered all within 3 days. Immediately built trust with the team and the athletes as I’d unban their instagram accounts on a weekly basis lol. Fast forward to 2022 I sent a message to one of the founders, right place, right time - meeting scheduled and I had gotten access to all ad accounts, Shopify, and klavyio. Those 3 years I never tried pitching myself, never tried to do the shitty outreach people do. As an early customer in the brand and having a strong relationship with the team it was a no brainer to have them hire my company to grow the brand. Then we scaled, and we scaled HARD $30m, $50m, $100m, $150m, $350m, $500m every month was a record month, every year was a record year and we kept growing with no signs of stopping. So if you wanna know how to sign Billion $ brands. Don’t be like the other guys. Find the companies and know what it’s worth and work towards building that relationship. It’s worth more than trying to acquire dozens of other clients.

This guy Caleb Canales (@rungoogleads) is a huge larp as well To the 17 year olds that are new to this space, if something seems to good to be true, it often is too good to be true. Caleb manages Young LA as well as a couple other large fashion houses Google ads because of his dad's connections. These companies already have multi 8-9 fig marketing budgets across the board and Caleb's job is just to press spend on google. This is the work of an intern; it doesn't require talent. The Google ads see good results because the companies are already spending millions on all other marketing avenues across the board. The heavy lifting was done by the other $10,000,000 spent on marketing, not the anorexic 19 year old intern posting leased cars on instagram. Caleb's job is to press buttons and stay skinny, you can ask anyone who has met him at any event and they'll refresh your memory that he's a failed dropshipper who takes advice anyone gives him and immediately tweets it out 5 minutes later acting like it was his info. He spends his entire day recording fast cars on Instagram, so you would never think he'd wouldn't be able to afford $3k for an airbnb, right? Well, you're wrong. The Caleb Canales special is renting an airbnb in vegas with a couple guys who can all tell you're a larp within 5 minutes then when time comes to pay your $3k split you delete all TG and IG messages and block everyone. Then go back to immediately flexing cars 😭 He wants you to believe he's a celebrity multimillionaire who lives in the West Hollywood Hills when in reality he rents a 5k/month room where his name isn't on the lease in a house he shares with Mikey Kass and @BoringLifeOfEli. It's hard to find a more toxic and insufferable tryhard than Caleb. There's probably a collective 15 people who buy into his grift, as everyone else can easily see through the veil. If Caleb was a sophisticated business man it wouldn't be difficult to scroll through any of his social where he parades how RICH he is and find one unique, profound, or in any way useful insight. Instead, all you see is cars he doesn't own, cars he doesn't own, cars he doesn't own, and cars he doesn't own. Don't forget, if someone wants you to think they're a hyper successful 19 year old multimillionaire but don't doesn't even have $3k to pay for the airbnb - odds are they aren’t a hyper successful 19 year old multimillionaire

bros living his best life and people are mad. typical
Just in case you guys didn’t know the most important things in life are having a leased 2018 lambo as well as 5 other cars to drive to the grocery store Jeff bezos was so successful because he didn’t invest in Amazon but the moment he made money he decided to live paycheck to paycheck after leasing a mansion and leasing 5 cars at once so he could post them on MySpace and take turns driving them to the grocery store (sarcasm) I don’t know why these lesbians still get attention, flexing 2018 lambos stopped being cool in 2018. Their branding may seem cool to all you 13 year old play doh eaters on the outside but the reality of the matter is these guys are living paycheck to paycheck behind the scenes after spending every dollar on leased cars and mansions and are often 1-2 years behind on their taxes. They couldn’t tell you the first thing about tax structure or the trust method but they have a mouthful whenever it comes to selling courses and leasing 7 year old Lamborghinis to flex on other squirrel brained teenagers

majority of these comments are ngmi... few understand
ive hired and fired dozens of employees this year. most of them weren't even bad at media buying. i just can't have people clocking in at 9 and clocking out at 5 i doubled salaries where the minimum was 6 figures at the lowest and still the employees would only work set hours and not want to go the extra mile when i as the owner gets the clients, manages the teams and still manages ad accounts and oversees all client comms. some people genuinely just don't have it in them.

in 2025 alone i've managed more than $200M+ In Google Ad Spend for some of the largest companies you all know and love. and if there is 1 key takeaway from taking over dozens of accounts, its that 90% of Google Ad agencies lack proper execution and campaign management. I get sent probably an extra $1m/m in google ad accounts to audit and i turn down a majority of them because i just don't think they are a good fit for my company. Google actually requires skill Facebook ads you're just an uploader.

I started drop shipping in 2017. Since then I’ve built dozens of brands and made millions, lost hundreds of thousands all along the way. Then I shifted my focus, time, and effort into building one main brand. Since then I’ve scaled it to over $10m/m and after over a year of hitting 10k and 100k orders I finally got these in the mail 🥹 Thank you @harleyf and @Shopify for making my dreams literally come true. I’m now closer to the 1m plaque than I am to the 100k plaque 🥳

i went absolute chad mode and scaled my brand at a $1M LOSS on the front end for max acquisition lol. retarded? yes? worth it? yes
No one saw me lose $1m on max acquisition in July 🤓 Can I sustain this scale? No. Definitely not. Do I want to yes. Expenses are up the ass right now which I need to fix but in reality ecom truly is like a video game. Plus I think a lot of people underestimate how many resources and access I have by owning and agency. Direct connections with biggest influencers for white listing ads and cameos in video ads. Authority + good product + good branding + hooked customers = $$$$$$$$$$
