Maybe he said “there you got encanto” as a way to say “I got the answer/I beat you” and that’s why Oliver laughed… either way… ¿why would your coworker call you a pet name like that? 👀

The philippines borrowed this word, our version “engkanto” is usually a bad form of fairies or other wordly things (not ghosts).
