An announcement: my next book, THESE NEW FRAGILITIES, coming from @7StoriesPress in 2028.
I just look at this and think okay, this is what beauty can be, everything else is child’s play. And then he MOVES. Oh does he move.
It’s a can’t stop thinking about Nijinsky in Le Spectre de la rose afternoon. Each individually sewn silk petal; the most beautiful creature to possibly ever move. Nijinsky is beauty beyond gender, beyond even the edge of the human, so transcendent he becomes something else.

I know it seems like I’m always on the way to ballet class or some shit related to ballet class. These past few months I’ve been dancing even more so it’s kinda true? Anyway Freed charges $22 for shipping so of course I went to Long Island City to pick up shoes!
