So let me get this right… 1) Turkey🇹🇷 has been rank with looting and black market antiquities trade for decades 2) Raw data involving Gobekli Tepe excavations is *NOT* publicly available 3) *Thousands* of artifacts are brought/sorted by archaeologists at their Airbnb??? 😑 📍I am not making any accusations. However, the World public has a right to know that ALL of these artifacts are accounted for at all times Small ancient relics out of Turkey can be worth many thousands of dollars $$$ How do we even know that 100% of these thousands of artifacts will be accounted for when we the public isn’t even provided the data? 🧐 How would any of us ever know if any number of them went missing? Is it standard operation procedure to bring thousands of ancient relics to a rented house that is miles off site from the excavation? These are legitimate questions. And anyone operating on the “up and up” would have zero issue addressing these concerns…. @drleeclare
