'THE WITCHER' star Joey Batey praises Liam Hemsworth as Geralt "Liam took total ownership of the role from day one… he has the one thing that I would ask of any collaborator: he turned up and cared" (via: Cinemablend)

I like how Netflix never even explained why Geralt looked and sounded different. I mean, even in the books/games lore, there were plenty of injuries that Geralt could have sustained that would have dramatically changed his appearance.

Sounds like Liam isn’t trying to copy Cavill - he’s making Geralt his own. That’s exactly what the series needs for a fresh chapter.

Can’t wait for the Disney+ parental warning: ‘May cause international incidents’

As someone no longer watching The Witcher, I have nothing against Liam and think he probably could have done a fine job. I also understand Joey possibly feeling frustrated as this series falls apart. The showrunners are 100% to blame. This series should have been a slam dunk.

To the people who have people the games and watched the show. Is the show actually good? And is it accurate to the books or the games?

We bought our competitor's $60 PC optimization and tested it against ours. Paragon: 915 FPS. Xilly: 1,428 FPS. Same system. The difference was brutal.

Liam is not the problem. He is doing a good job. The problem is the awful writing...

I feel bad for Liam because but honestly he shouldn't have taken the role. It was massive for season 1 and very well received, S2 was a step down but still pretty solid but S3 it started falling apart so much that Cavil left. He should've known S4 would be a disaster.

I was impressed with him especially the voice, he just looked too nice but maybe I'm just used to "superman" as Geralt. The storyline however isn't good in my opinion.

I'm a bit disgusted because this series had potential, but it's a shame the screenwriter... no, she wants to do what she wants, she doesn't follow the book or the game, all to satisfy her own ego

Liam did a great job.. almost seamless
Replying to @screentime
I mean he doesn't exactly have anything else going on so of course he would. Maybe he did a decent job idk but my problem was always the horrible writing. Henry just made it easier to tolerate the series

Sorry don't agree, the aura is totally missing, the producer and maker should resign from the post immediately. They failed.

Why do all the Cavill stans think the producers & showrunners spent YEARS creating & pitching a show from material they hate?
