Thursday evening at my usual coffee shop, sipping an Earl Grey–Hot, doing some WordPress site dev, and squeezing in a little time for #AdventOfCode.

Continuing on with the #AdventOfCode warm-up event. Doing year 2016 puzzles during November. Here's a short video clip of Day 2 output. I'm trying to create visualizations anytime I can.

Are you interested in solving puzzles with code? I'm looking for a couple of developers to add to my #AdventOfCode leaderboard group. There are no costs involved. All you need to do is have an interest in coding and be available Dec 1 to 12 for some fun competition. DM me.

Also, I'm creating classes to organize functionality I use repeatedly, such as splitting large amounts of text, or outputting a grid based on coordinate values. These helps speed up solves during the #AdventOfCode event, and even help with debugging.

I'm working through the 2016 year #AdventOfCode puzzles as a warm-up with a coding group. The puzzle data is all text and numbers, but I enjoy creating visualizations–like this one–to see what is really happening.
