by TUE to become the biggest pre-Sales ever for a non-Chinese animation.

As I’ve been saying from day one, Pre-sales for anime films are extremely frontloaded in China, but even so an opening weekend way above #Suzume’s $49.9M debut seems locked.
Could even dream of beating #AvatarTheWayOfWater’s $57.1M & #GodzillavsKong’s $69.2M, right now looking at a 60M-95M 3-day opening weekend depending on how frontloaded by pre-sales the weekend is, what could potentially be the #2 biggest opening weekend for non-Chinese film Post-COVID, only below #F9’s $136.1M, if it ends up on the higher range.
