In general, more powerful nodes will have more probabilities to earn rewards than those with weaker specs. But the calculation is complex and it's really impossible to say which specs are better or how many $QUIL a node can earn given certain specs.
The type of hardware that's successful in mining on the Quilibrium network can vary widely because the network allows for different levels of complexity in applications. This also ensures decentralization.
There's likely going to be a period of time with the Proof of Meaningful Work release (#PoMW) that comes with 2.0 where issuance drops off before picking up again as nodes optimize their specs around this new incentive model (think sigmoid graph). I'll work on a new graph soon.
