I've gotten a shiny rocking new SID tune for #rogueish by @Nordischsound (give him lots of ❤️). I had to move stuff around in RAM to make room it for and now the game is crashing on play loop, but the tune is f*ing awesome lol 😆 investigating now...
You can find a free demo of an older version of #ROGUEish on it's home page...once the final game is released, you will be able to find it there too!

#rogueish#c64 Here is my final FINAL lol player control menu for my C64 rogue-like, ROGUEish. Besides the new SID tune, I think it's done. Once I get in the new tune, I can see if I have room to do more, but it won't be much now :)
You can now control all of ROGUEish via joystick now and not even use the keyboard!! Long press now displays a menu where you can select: move mode, look-attack mode, drink potion, quit (back to titlescreen). Pressing fire will do that option! #c64#rogueish@EverythingC64
#c64#rogueish I've been updating the minimap graphics to resemble the actual room shapes more closely. It seems to be easier to navigate around like this, and it looks cooler too!

1. does a unique level each game start (greater playability).
2. Only spawns equipment better than what you are holding; sword/bow > equipped weapon, helm/shield > that equipped armour (less extraneous annoying pickups).
