The latest is that Judge Corley will hear Sony's motion for a preliminary injunction against Tencent on December 4, not November 20 as Sony suggested. Still soon. I think the decision could easily slip into January though.

Sony can't wait to be back in Judge Corley's courtroom! Last time they were there hoping for the FTC to prevail over Microsoft and ABK (which didn't happen). Now they want a fast-track injunction against Tencent's Light of Motiram, which they call a Horizon Zero Dawn knockoff.
