Working on a Saturday night. Can’t remember the last time I gave myself a full day off. Yet I’ve contributed to millions of dollars in real estate transactions and scaled our agency to five figures a month, all at the age of 21. When you have a passion, it consumes your mind every second of the day, not just some parts of it. Some get it. Some don’t. Some will achieve it. Some won’t.

If it’s not consuming your focus, it’s never going to become real.

Most people simply don’t want it bad enough and it shows. If you have a goal but it’s not on your mind every day, if you’re not constantly thinking, planning, and acting to bring it to life, you just don’t want it bad enough. And that’s okay, it leaves more for the ones who actually do.

“The grass is greener where you water it.” Absolutely underrated quote.

“The grass is greener on the other side…” No. The grass is greener where you water it. This goes for everything. Businesses, relationships, etc…

I think the quote that helps me the most day to day, is…. “You cant think your way into better action, but you can action your way into better thinking.”

It’s Saturday and your competition thinks they “deserve” to rest. You just earned 24 hours of momentum ahead of them.

You need to instil fear into your competition. It’s not child’s play, it’s a psychological war. Increase your output so much that they feel as if the market is saturated. Let them feel they can’t compete with you. You need to outwork everyone to make it to the top.

There is absolutely no balance in the beginning. 12-14 hour days of work completely ruine your balance. But balance never made anyone successful.

I learned that unless someone truly shares the same vision as you, they will doubt your goals and might bring you down, even subconsciously. Keep them to yourself and your circle and let results speak for themselves.

People think business is so easy until you start it. People think its all sunshine and rainbows. Guess what, its not. If I'm gonna build a personal brand, I'm gonna be real about it. So.... to be honest.... I don't want to work on it right now. It's honestly the last thing I want to do. It's so much easier to just go work a job and it is a 100% chance that you're going to make money that day. But guess what, right after I finish writing this...I'm gonna turn on my iPad, turn on the pomodoro timer and do it anyways. The whole thing about working whenever you want and choosing your own ours when you're a business owner is complete and utter bs and just makes me laugh when people say that. If you're a business owner that actually cares about their business, You're going to do it no matter how you feel, No matter what's going on in your life, And you're going to work all day everyday.

February 2024, my first client paid $100. October 2025, my latest client paid $10K. Simply because I refused to quit.
