Hurting a genuinely good person ends up hurting you more than it hurts them. At first, you might not feel it but eventually, youโll see just how rare real, authentic people are and realize the weight of what you lost. By then, itโs too late and that regret just becomes something you have to live withโฆ
If youโre the one who caused the hurt, the consequence isnโt just guiltโitโs losing someone who showed you what genuine care and loyalty look like. You might gain a short-term win, but you give up a depth of connection that canโt be brought back.

Itโs dangerous to say that nothing is unforgivable in relationships. Thatโs how people get away with all forms of abuse and manipulative behaviors. MANY things are unforgivable and you should absolutely walk away if your partner harms you.

One of the most challenging parts of having a healthy relationship is addressing when your partner unintentionally hurts your feelings, triggers you, or even violates your boundaries. Itโs easier to dismiss it or sweep it under the rug, but that can lead to resentment later on.
