I think the best solution would be a short video users must watch before unlocking chat, teaching the core principles of online safety, followed by a brief quiz.

YouTube is full of it. I am so sick of this AI moderation crap. The video that they struck down is a video URGING YouTube to do better with protecting kids, as well as PRAISING THEM for banning an inappropriate channel, yet that video, with ZERO NUDITY, "isn't safe for kids."
