Wrote a blog after a looooong while, the tech stuff @smcproject did to bring samam.net dictionary online from a book, launching today in Bengaluru. samam is a good application of SMC's Malayalam infrastructure built from many years ago. subinsb.com/samam

Me & @asdofindia have been working on the technical side of making this Dravidian language dictionary online at samam.net, my talk at #FOSSMeet was on this. There is a launch event of samam in Bengaluru this Sunday. @smcproject

Attending @smcproject Birds of feather session and being part of annual tradition of taking SMC group photo at @fossmeet was my pleasure this time. Lot of bugs discussed and I am keen to solve issue in speech recognition and build an Open source TTS with better human like voice.
