I know it's a long shot and very late in the day but if there's anyone out there looking for a full pass to this weekend's @FrightFest....
It's time to let it go. Most of them were terrible.
What's your HALLOWEEN FRANCHISE opinion that'll have you like this? Let your voice be heard and help Bloody Disgusting put together the ULTIMATE HALLOWEEN FRANCHISE RANKING now: bloody-disgusting.com/movie/…
Reboots and revivals of 80s franchises should not worry about pleasing the original fans and should concentrate on the modern audience instead.
what’s a horror movie opinion that’ll have you like this?
Where can I get replacement yellow cases for @ShamelessFilms BluRays? I have two that were broken and I don't want to put them in regular blue covers.
Played cinemas in the UK: I saw it on opening day at Cineworld Rushden and quite liked it. And I don't think that was merely by comparison to the leaking bag of diseased dogshit that was Terrifier 3 which I watched immediately afterwards.
Remember last year when they dumped a SALEM’S LOT movie on HBO and we all promptly forgot it existed? That was weird
Is there any real noticeable difference between 4K and regular blu-ray? At what screen size does the increased definition become visible to the viewer?
If @vuecinemas did an unlimited card like Cineworld and Odeon do, I'd probably sign up for it.
Got my Halloween pass! @FrightFest
It's October now, and Amzon Prime have just put up a ton of 80s horror movies: THE HOUSE WHERE EVIL DWELLS, CREATURE (TITAN FIND), GHOULIES 1+2, DOLLS, MONKEY SHINES, HOWLING II, CELLAR DWELLER, NECROPOLIS, THE VIDEO DEAD, I MADMAN, SCARECROWS...
Tonight's double bill of British 80s horror junk: BLOODBATH AT THE HOUSE OF DEATH + DON'T OPEN TILL CHRISTMAS. In the 30 years or so since I last saw them on VHS tapes, I had forgotten just how sheerly bloody awful both of these films are.
Or you could just buy the discs?
Netflix will be removing INSIDIOUS, INSIDIOUS CHAPTER 2 & INSIDIOUS CHAPTER 3 from their streaming service on October 9, with SINISTER & SINISTER 2 also leaving on October 16.
Or you could just buy the discs?
Hello Halloween, Goodbye Ghostface: Netflix has announced that they'll be removing SCREAM 2, SCREAM 3 & SCREAM 4 from their streaming service on October 23.
GrindFest at Christchurch: XTRO. Complete nonsense, badly told. But it's an absolute thrill seeing the old 18 certificate card with Jimmy "Scissorhands" Ferman's signature on it.
Grindfest at Christchurch: THE HOWLING. The print condition varied enormously but it was still great to see it projected off 35mm. For me it's always been superior to American Werewolf In London.
GrindFest at Christchurch: DREAMSCAPE. Some good stuff in here, terrific cast, but Maurice Jarre really should not have been allowed to score films. Would make a good double bill with The Fury.
On the train for Christchurch for Grindfest.... @DirtInTheGate
This is like putting JAWS back into cinemas along with with JAWS: THE REVENGE.
Michael Myers is coming back to theaters. The original HALLOWEEN along with HALLOWEEN 4 & HALLOWEEN 5 are returning to the big screen this October: bloody-disgusting.com/movie/…
Well, I'll be watching The Sting tonight. It's one of those few films that are pretty much perfect throughout.
Watch me.
You can't resist this ✨
