Interesting article. I think we can protect the hardware in the inside. With a hero insider we could avoid, erase and wipeout all malicious actors trying to hack the hardware. I’ll run some trials on my own hardware to test some theories I just imagined.

Please do not mind my outsider question, but couldn't a malicious actor implement such technology before the server reaches the customer? I am aware of only one operator knowing the looks of their server boards when putting them into racks.
