Red gets it. Trying to point to who leads is not going to work. It will fill fake and hollow as there is no one that can step into Charlie's shoes. I will give credit to many who have taken a stand to to fill in as best they could for him, but no one will replace him. With time, someone will grow into the roll, but they will be their own identity.... not "Charlie's successor"
