The emotional stability one is super interesting - because it’s solidly reflected in actual real world results - the group that doesn’t value emotional stability are extremely emotionally unstable…. But it’s the “uses talents / resources to help others” which is the eye-opener

People who didn't prioritize emotional stability probably already have it. People who prioritized emotional stability may have experienced some mental health issues and therefore put a premium on emotional stability.
