Some poultry farmers across the country are selling off their livestock as they complain of excess supply of eggs over demand, which is now causing them to run at a loss. The country's aim is to reduce dependence on imported chicken while keeping prices affordable. — Can we now start looking alternative uses for eggs, such as converting them into liquid eggs or dried powdered eggs, for longer shelf life and exports ?
