Police truck UP 9612 has just driven out of Mbarara CPS at 1716hrs with our comrades on board. They were all handcuffed and loaded onto the truck on cuffs.
They’ve driven towards Kasese highway and branched off onto the Mbarara bypass to join the Mbarara-Masaka highway!
