If you aren’t the SEC or big 10, then why would you want your conference to have 14+ teams. Most likely, you are a 1-2 bid conference in the playoff. Conferences should have between 10-12 teams max

TXST is VERY lucky to have the opportunity to create an identity in the pac 12. The school should be a national brand. That being said, underachieving is the brand. The sun belt owned Bobcat football.

This is pathetic. The athletic dept at TXST needs to dig deep and figure out what to do. Minus two good seasons in football, TXST has struggled at the 3 big sports. Getting to the PAC 12 is awesome, but can’t go back to the old ways.

this is everything that’s wrong with the current landscape of CFB

ESPN focusing on the transfer portal instead of the player and his current school is gross.

Real college football fans should be rooting for the “g5” team to upset whatever power school in the playoff. ESPN, SEC die hards, and the “experts”would rather see a 4 loss big 10 team play over a 1 loss G5. College sports foundation is the art of the upset.

If you don’t believe the G5 should get a spot in the CFP then you don’t like CFB stores. NCAAT mid major cinderella’s every season. NCAA baseball tournament Murray State made Omaha last season. I understand football is a different type of sport but they deserve a chance. Every team that plays in the FBS plays under the same umbrella and should all have a chance to play for a National Title (even if we all know a G5 team winning is a very low percentage). They have passionate fanbases, practice just as hard as P4 schools, and care just as much as the biggest brands do. CFB and college athletics are built on the underdog stories. That’s sports.

The espn app makes you start a game over from the beginning every time. How is this not fixed?

For the record, I’m all about the jump to the pac 12. I think that part is great.

I’m concerned about TXST. The football team is struggling. Basketball is about to be in way over their heads. On another note, the violence on the square is not comforting when looking to send kids there. I’m all for growth, but done correctly. What are your thoughts?
