1939 Kansas Wheat. when they realized women were using their sacks to make clothes for their children, the mills started using flowered fabric for their sacks so the kids would have pretty clothes. pure kindness. The label would wash out.
It isn't a coincidence that Democrats set the ACA subsidies to expire right before an election and now @chuckschumer is asking for exactly one year extension so we can do this all over again for the midterms. It isn't a coincidence that some of @PattyMurray biggest donors are groups like Pfizer & United Health. The lobby her for subsidies. The ACA is a scam. Insurance companies can raise your health care premiums through the roof because Obama forced you to have to buy them. Now Democrats have the perfect scenario where every election cycle healthcare premiums can be raised for profits so Dems can fear monger about healthcare to get huge subsidies for companies like United Health so they can donate back to their campaigns. The ACA was designed to entrap the American people under Democrats thumbs and use their healthcare as a weapon in order to maintain political power. It was calculated. That's what happens when you are in office for 30+ years. They convince themselves it is for the good of the American people so they can get the agenda passed. Problem is the agenda becomes staying in office.🤔

A woman from Kentucky is going viral for calling churches to ask if they can supply formula for her hungry baby. Surprisingly, she received no help from majority-white Christian churches. But you know who did offer help? Mosques, temples, and Black churches.

Downtown is for commerce, tourism and entertainment. If you want to use drugs, please do it in the privacy of your own home and not out in public. Why is that too much to ask?
Folks. Be very clear the person holding this sign indeed died of an overdose. See a pattern here?

There it is in plain English. We are not going to follow orders from judges. The law is what we think it is...
HOLY CRAP — Schumer just ran off the Senate floor to dodge Bernie Moreno’s grilling over his Obamacare fraud mess. Moreno called him out on the $0 premium scam — the one loaded with fake enrollees and phantom subsidies — and Schumer bolted. Democrats are collapsing under Trump’s pressure. The GOP finally smells blood.

This is Portland, OR. There's a humanitarian crisis happening in our country and it's most visible in west coast cities. Ask yourself why? Some of us have the right answers. Most politicians have the wrong answers. So, it gets worse.
Thank you, @POTUS! If we can’t fund the government, we don’t deserve our paychecks. That’s common sense to the American people, but unfortunately, common sense is illegal in Washington.

Building this many data centers while doing almost nothing to increase electricity generation is suicidal
My team and I spent hundreds of hours identifying 1,000+ data centers in the US. My biggest takeaway: Many of these projects are really big, and they are being built really fast. 🧵

🇺🇸 @POTUS is cracking down on the foreign-owned meat-packing cartels that have been ripping off American ranchers and driving up prices! This is a HUGE win for our ranchers, our consumers, and anyone sick of foreign businesses fleecing Americans. America’s food should be controlled by Americans, not foreign corporations. 💪🐄 whitehouse.gov/articles/2025…
The quickest path to justice for Nancy Pelosi is to charge her for insider trading it must happen before she exits Congress. Her portfolio skyrocketed 70% just last year, and she’s now worth $413 million. Karoline Leavitt is absolutely on fire 🔥

Actually, @peterthiel is wrong. The problem is not the practice of capitalism. The problem is we don't practice it. We practice corporatism. Capitalism worked just fine for young generations of Americans for hundreds of years. We lost the Spirit of Capitalism. Perverted it.
Peter Thiel: If you graduated in 1970 with no student debt, compare that to the millennial experience: too many people go to college, they don’t learn anything, and they end up with incredibly burdensome debt. Student debt is a version of this generational conflict that I’ve talked about for a long time. The rupture of the generational compact isn’t limited to student debt, either. I think you can reduce 80 percent of culture wars to questions of economics—like a libertarian or a Marxist would—and then you can reduce maybe 80 percent of economic questions to questions of real estate. It’s extremely difficult these days for young people to become homeowners. If you have extremely strict zoning laws and restrictions on building more housing, it’s good for the boomers, whose properties keep going up in value, and terrible for the millennials. If you proletarianize the young people, you shouldn’t be surprised if they eventually become communist.”
