Hi David, I understand how price increases can be frustrating. Bills have increased due to our investment in our water services over the next 5 years. We’ve had to adjust our prices to continue to deliver and improve our services. Thanks, Beth
So explain why it’s gone up 28% in this year what’s it going up next year 30% we were told it would be over 5 years how in earth do you expect pensioners to pay this
