Hey, all! I wanted to let everyone know that TONS of convos have been happening behind the scenes re film stuff. What I've worked out with the crew is as follows: The event Ken posted is now a placeholder on myvc. His tweet has been deleted. When the doc team arrives tomorrow, I'll be meeting with them to discuss once again, in more detail and given the change in sentiment. This conversation will determine whether they will be filming any events at all at Vibecamp, and what the topics will be. After opening ceremonies, we'll do a second town hall with them - this time in person, where all attendees are welcome to come ask questions and give suggestions. The possibility space is wide here, and we are ultimately the ones making the call about how much or little they'll be filming onsite. The producers have asked me to once again assure everyone that absolutely no one will be filmed without their explicit consent. They will not be wandering around with cameras filming B Roll. They will be interviewing those that opt in, and will possibly be filming a live event, pending conversations tomorrow. I promise I am reading your replies and dms, though it's likely I will not be able to respond to most of them given we're currently onsite prepping for opening tomorrow!
