We are building AI agents that can reliably do everyday digital tasks for you on the web — from simple ones like ordering groceries or tracking campground reservations to more complex ones like planning and coordinating a group trip. Towards an AI chief-of-staff for everyone.
Scouts can now search and transcribe podcasts. Set a Scout to monitor any topic, host, or show. Get summaries in your inbox as episodes drop.

Agents are all figuring out the web and having their AOL moment, relearning search for agent-first environments. In two years, this will feel like table stakes. In the meantime, I sat down with @paraga/@p0 and @DhruvBatra_ /@yutori_ai on how we get there.

VQA challenge series won the Mark Everingham prize at #ICCV2025 for stimulating a new strand of vision-and-language research. It's extra special because ICCV25 marks the 10-year anniversary of the VQA paper. When we started, the idea of answering any question about any image seemed outlandish. Fun-fact: the T-shirt I'm wearing is an inside joke about the quality of 2015 models. However, like clockwork, every few years we rediscover the lesson that on difficult tasks, VLMs silently regress to being nearly blind. x.com/DhruvBatra_/status/177… Lots to be done. Thank you to all our collaborators and the research community for this recognition! tc.computer.org/tcpami/award…

Congratulations to @DhruvBatra_, @deviparikh and the Visual Question Answering (visualqa.org) team on receiving the Mark Everingham Prize, one of the most prestigious awards in computer vision. tc.computer.org/tcpami/award…
Thank you to the award committee and the broader vision community for the recognition. After all these (21!) years and so many conferences across sub-disciplines in AI, the vision community continues to feel like home. What makes this extra special is that the original VQA paper, where we first introduced the VQA task and v1 of the dataset, was published at ICCV, exactly 10 years ago! “We propose the task of free-form and open-ended Visual Question Answering (VQA). Given an image and a natural language question about the image, the task is to provide an accurate natural language answer….” It is quite simply ridiculous how far the field has come since! Congratulations to all the VQA authors, and the VQA challenge + workshop organizers over the years! GG :) #ICCV2025

We've been quietly shipping improvements to our agent infrastructure, and it's getting really good.

When @yutori_ai was scaling their multi-agent framework, they faced a choice: rewrite everything, or find a simpler path. DBOS made that decision easy. Instead of heavy rewrites, Yutori just added decorators. Instead of new infrastructure, they kept Postgres.
.@yutori_ai's Co-CEO @deviparikh on why she left @Meta to start her company with @abhshkdz. “We are rethinking what the interface with the web looks like, and that requires a certain sort of… thinking from first principles, thinking from scratch, thinking from a clean slate…” “That's just much harder to do in a larger company that has all of the baggage associated with it from its prior success.” Watch the full episode on bit.ly/4gfHjUU

"What happens when the model talks first?" @pxd and @jacobeffron on proactive assistants, with a shout-out to @yutori_ai. In Scouts, AI agents proactively gather information for you and bring you timely reports. This is a new paradigm that flips the script — AI that anticipates instead of just reacts. Early days; lot more to come.
We asked our team about their favorite Scouts :)
Scouts can now report in tables! A small step towards expanding @yutori_ai agents' ability to represent aggregated data to you & fit the web to your needs.
