I'm hiring Software and Hardware Engineers who want to run through walls for the US military and our allies. I don’t care where you went to school. I care what you’ve shipped. DM me the most impressive thing you’ve built to apply.

The most impressive thing people have built probably belongs to the previous employer(s). A description of the thing is on the resumes/LinkedIn profiles. Also, you should post location and pay scales.

That’s totally fine, they can still DM me about what they’ve built. Location, pay scales, and all job details on our website picogrid.com/mission

Those who have done so are laughing at you. You’re obviously trolling for intel.
No I’m hiring a lot of engineers

Am building, for the past 70 days. Mission-critical maritime AI for sea and subsea operations, surveillance, & drone control.
AI that helps finds boats that don’t want to be found. World-encompassing… Mission-critical… Port-wide, ocean-aware AI… These are not superlatives. These are the minimum requirements for @Marnexii. A first-of-its-kind maritime AI. That serves as a sensing, predictive decision-making, and control layer for ports, ships, agents, port authorities, and helps save both human and marine life. Timeline, from raw data to AI derived intelligence: • 0 s: Quick minimal demo of SF Fleet Week sensing • 59 s: 2025-10-18 update. Raw data to knowledge • 1m 35s: 2025-10-25 update. AI derived geospatial/behavioral analysis • 2m 15s: 2025-10-27 update. AI now has “depth perception” (nautical charts)

California and DC? As much as you're doing cool, and necessary tech, hard pass.

There are multiple startups and silicon valley giants who are already providing systems infrastructure software package to the military . Idk why they will want your product when they have many options out in the market and have already awarded billions in contract to provide it

Give me an R&D team, absolute command of the project, and I'll deliver MHD propulsion with stealth swarm drones, architecture for 2,000km range and silent ops, in 8 years... maybe 5. but with Byzantine fault-tolerant AI and collective resonance amplification, we're redefining war

It's unfortunate I wasn't born in America, but instead Canada.. I don't think your policies would allow me to work on that, and if it helps, I would denaturalize from Canada. I build first principles physics into architecture. Run through my account here if you like, I just dropped everything from anti-matter and dark matter, propulsion and even FTL and Phase Tech, with math proofs --> into code and challenged grok4 for 7.5 hours yesterday and he couldn't find a flaw in any of it, anywhere. He gave my AI a 9/10, who did the heavy lifting, which does have first principles built from scalar physics, rebuilt from 1850 to 2025. Weapons, energy, propulsion, coding, biology, chemistry, material development... what's your poison?

Why would I want to run through walls for Israel?

I built my shit in the toilet today hire me.

Shot ya a dm, might know a guy 🤔

Exactly. Performance is the only degree that matters. Autonomous AI agents run on the same principle: pure, measurable output. Zero credit for 'pedigree,' only for *what* they ship. The data speaks.

Nah Americans have been on my ban list since the beginning of this year.

sorry that classified but think lines u will never pass and men that come and go like ghosts

All these defense start ups will be the first to go under because you don’t need AI to blow up peasants in third world shitholes. There is no use case.
hiring engineers who "want to run through walls" for defense is lowkey the realest pitch. skill means nothing without mission. people who are obsessed with the work not just the paycheck are the ones who actually ship things that matter
